Delivery
All our products will be deliver by our appointed third party logistic company, during the delivery transit, all responsibility will be passed between the logistic company and the customer. If you would like us to deliver to your place of work or somewhere with a drop-off point we are happy to do so but please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made. If arranging your own courier collection we would advise always booking a van or car, rather than a motorbike. Once products have left our bakery we can not be held liable for any damage that occurs on transit. Any issues should be handled directly with the delivery company you have chosen to use.
We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, receiver ‘s contact number unreachable or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This inclusive if there is no representative to receive the item during the delivery at any time. Customer must ensure that on the delivering date, the receiver mobile number is reachable. There may be driver will contact receiver for availability before delivery, and there may be driver will contact sender for guidance if they not able to locate the correct address provided.
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Telephone and online orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 3-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at Koko's discretion).
Collections
You can also order for collection or self pick up from our patisserie in our respective locations. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you when you come to collect, or ensure your driver has your name and order number.
Upon receiving your orders, please inspect and ensure all your items are correct. Any wrong orders and/or defects in products have to be notified to our team immediately upon leaving our premises.
